BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has alleged that the ruling government is destroying democracy.
The BNP leader was addressing to the supporters and leaders of his party at his residence at Kalibari of Thakurgaon city on Saturday evening.
"The government has captivated the power by outwitting the main opposition party out of the election," Fakhrul said.
He alleged that the government wants to control everything including judiciary and Election Commission.
General secretary of Thakaurgaon district BNP Taimur Rahman and others leaders and activists were present.
